Setting up FAQs
Holistic psychotherapy looks at the whole person — mind, body, nervous system, emotions, patterns, and lived experience.
In my work, this means we may use traditional therapy, nervous system education, somatic tools, energy-informed practices, mindfulness, and integration work to help change move beyond insight and into lived experience.
The goal is not just to understand your patterns. The goal is to help your system begin relating to them differently.
Traditional talk therapy often focuses on insight, processing, and understanding your thoughts, feelings, and history.
Those things matter. But sometimes insight is not enough.
My approach also works with the body, nervous system, emotional patterns, and the places where change has not fully landed yet. We may use conversation, somatic practices, energy-informed tools, belief work, regulation strategies, and integration support depending on what fits for you.
This is still grounded, thoughtful work. It is just not limited to talking alone.
This work may be a good fit if you:
• understand your patterns but still feel stuck
• feel overwhelmed, anxious, shut down, or burned out
• have done therapy before but want something more integrative
• are interested in nervous system regulation, somatic work, or energy-informed healing
• want support that is compassionate, practical, and deeper than surface-level coping skills
It may not be the right fit if you are looking for quick advice, crisis-only support, or someone to simply tell you what to do.
I work with clients around anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, trauma recovery, relationship patterns, life transitions, grief, self-worth, nervous system dysregulation, and feeling stuck despite insight.
Some clients come in because they are functioning well on the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed inside.
Sessions are collaborative and individualized.
We may talk through what is happening, identify patterns, explore what your nervous system is trying to protect, and use practical tools to support regulation and integration.
Depending on your goals and what is appropriate, sessions may include traditional therapy, somatic practices, energy-informed techniques, mindfulness, parts work, belief work, or nervous system education.
You do not have to know exactly what you need before you start. That is part of what we sort through together.on for creating lasting change and personal transformation.
No.
You do not have to believe anything specific. My approach is grounded in curiosity, consent, and what feels useful to you.
Some clients are very drawn to energy work. Others prefer nervous system language, somatic tools, or traditional therapy. We will use the language and tools that fit you.
Yes.
Therapy is available to clients located in states where I am licensed and where the service is clinically appropriate.
Coaching, consulting, and education may be available for people outside of therapy eligibility when the focus is support, education, nervous system tools, personal growth, or integrative wellness rather than mental health treatment.
We can talk through which option fits during a consultation.
Therapy is mental health treatment and may include diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and work with mental health symptoms, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational patterns.
Coaching, consulting, and education are not therapy. They may include education, nervous system tools, personal growth support, skill-building, and integrative wellness guidance, but they do not replace mental health treatment.
If you are unsure which service fits, we can talk through that in a consultation.
Possibly.
Therapy depends on licensure requirements and where you are physically located at the time of service. Coaching, consulting, or education may be an option depending on your needs and goals.
The best next step is to schedule a consultation so we can determine what is appropriate.
Yes.

That depends on your goals, what you are working through, and how much support your system needs.
Some people feel a shift quickly. Others benefit from consistent support over time. This work is not about forcing change. It is about creating enough safety, awareness, and integration for change to actually hold.
